What is the refund policy in case of cancellation or changes in medical plans?

Understanding the financial implications of changes in medical plans or cancellations is crucial for our patients. Here’s a detailed explanation of our refund policy:

1. Advance Payment:

If a patient decides to withdraw from the treatment for any reason after making an advance payment, a portion of that payment, up to 10% of the total estimated treatment cost, is non-refundable.

2. Reason for Non-Refundable Fee:

This non-refundable portion is retained to cover the administrative costs incurred by our company during the planning and coordination phases.

Additionally, we work closely with medical institutions to reserve specific time slots and medical resources for our patients. The non-refundable fee also compensates for the opportunity cost associated with these reservations, ensuring that clinics can maintain high-quality service standards.

3. Refunds Beyond the 10%:

Any amount paid beyond the 10% non-refundable portion will be refunded in full in case of cancellations. The exact timeline of the refund can vary based on the payment method used and the patient’s banking institution.

4. Changes in Medical Plans:

If there’s a change in the medical plan post the initial agreement but before the commencement of the treatment, we will provide a revised estimate. Any difference in cost will be adjusted accordingly, either refunded to the patient or billed as an additional charge, depending on the circumstances.

We always recommend that our patients make informed decisions, taking into consideration their medical and financial situations. Our financial team remains available to clarify any aspects of our refund policy or to assist with any other related queries.
